OUR MISSION
Rocco’s Remedy is here to empower our members with the knowledge, skills, and personalized support they need to help them create their optimal health and wellness. This level of optimal health and wellness is what they have envisioned for themselves. So that they can be and do the things that they want to do for themselves and their loved ones. We want our members to know that they will be supported all along the way of their personal journey with us. Our team is invested in their success along with them. Everyone will feel that dedication as it is a reflection on all of us. Each one of us makes a difference in our world. It is our choice of what we want that difference to look like.
We give personalized care for optimal wellness! We specialize in the treatment of hormone balancing, low testosterone, Menopause, PMS, thyroid disorders, age and weight management/weight loss, fatigue, sexual arousal disorders, erectile dysfunction, low libido, hair loss, and improving gut and liver health in men and women. Hormone replacement with many options including hormone pellets, creams, lozenges, patches, injections, or pills. Hormone optimization supported with nutrition and supplements. Convenient in-house lab draws with customized lab panels as low as $99. We don’t just tell you your labs are “normal”, we explain what that means to you and if they are optimal, not just normal! OWNER AND MEDICAL PROVIDER KARI ROCCO
Kari Rocco is a Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in Functional Medicine, hormone testing, and hormone balancing. She completed her studies at Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona, where she developed a strong foundation in integrative and whole-person care.
Kari’s work is rooted in helping patients feel heard, understood, and supported. She specializes in personalized care for men and women experiencing hormone imbalance, low testosterone, menopause, perimenopause, thyroid concerns, PMOS (formerly PCOS), PMS, migraines, weight changes, adrenal fatigue, and the many symptoms that can impact energy, mood, confidence, sleep, and overall quality of life.
Her goal is to help patients better understand their bodies, their labs, and their options so they can make informed decisions and move toward feeling their best. Kari believes that optimal wellness is not just about treating symptoms—it is about restoring balance, improving vitality, and supporting long-term health.
She continues to stay current through ongoing training with leaders in functional and hormone medicine, including the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine program, World Link Medical, the Institute for Functional Medicine, A4M, and the Hormonal Health Institute.
Before opening Rocco’s Remedy, Kari worked as an RN at HonorHealth, a Magnet-recognized hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, and as a primary care provider in Eugene, Oregon. Her experience also includes medical mission work in the Dominican Republic and Guatemala.
Kari’s lifelong passion for patient care, prevention, fitness, healthy aging, and restorative wellness continues to guide her work. Outside the clinic, she enjoys international travel, time in nature, exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and recharging along the Oregon Coast.
CLINICAL COORDINATOR Trisha Jaelyn Manera
Trisha Jaelyn Manera is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong foundation in public health and patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Psychology from Oregon State University. For the past three years, she has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in senior care and at PeaceHealth Hospital. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Texas Tech University to further her impact in the healthcare field.
She is known for her compassion, strong communication skills, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She brings empathy, reliability, and a calm presence to every environment she works in. Her time in the medical field has shaped her deep respect for both preventive care and the importance of mental and emotional well-being. She is excited to be part of the team at Rocco’s Remedy where she can continue advocating for holistic wellness.
Outside of work, Trisha loves music, especially singing and dancing, and has a big passion for traveling and experiencing new cultures around the world.
OPERATIONS MANAGER TORRIE REESE
Torrie brings more than 10 years of medical field experience to the Rocco’s Remedy team, with a background spanning front desk coordination, phlebotomy, medical assisting, clinical supervision, and practice management. She has managed multiple medical clinics across Eugene and Lake Oswego, overseeing teams and supporting providers in creating efficient, compassionate patient care.
Torrie and Kari Rocco have worked together and known each other for the past seven years, bringing a strong foundation of trust, teamwork, and shared vision to the practice. Her passion for patient care, leadership, and creating a welcoming experience makes her an invaluable part of Rocco’s Remedy.
Outside of work, Torrie values family, connection, and helping others feel cared for and supported in every stage of their wellness journey.
